In July 2007, Ryland Homes announced it was joining the arsenal of home builders in The Town Of Nocatee Florida with its new Community "The Palms at Nocatee". Sales in The Palms at Nocatee Ponte Vedra are expected to start in late 2007. Ryland homes will build on 295 homesites and will feature two different communities in the neighborhood. One will be townhomes starting in size at 1500 ft with 2-car garages starting in the High $100's, and the other will be single family homes starting around 1500 ft and priced in the upper $200's to start. As this information was just released to the public recently, information is limitied.
