Eric Dawkins Eric is a full time Realtor and Jacksonville Native, who loves working with first time buyers. In his first 6 months of selling Real Estate he achieved top lister of the month, at his previous Watson Realty office. He joined The Mike Linkenauger Team in May 2007 to become part of a winning team with a proven track record. Leah Creasman Since acquiring her license from the Florida Real Institute in 2002, Leah enjoyed success as a member of the #4 Team in Jacksonville, the Dana Hancock Team, closing $10M in properties in 2006. Leah received the designation of being in the top 1% in customer satisfaction and referrals. She enjoys building long standing relationships with all her clients.Leah is a native Atlantan having relocated to Jacksonville in 2001. She has been married for 34 years, has twin 21 year olds, and one adorable new grandbaby. In her early career, Leah enjoyed working in the real estate field as a real estate legal assistant to the President of the Orange County Bar Association as well as holding various administrative positions throughout the years. Leslie Personeous Leslie has been a mortgage underwriter for over 15 years, and owned a mortgage company in Conneticut before comming to Florida 16 years ago. Leslie currently holds a mortgage brokers license in the State of Florida. Six years ago she started her own mortgage processing company and during the last five years she has also been an active Real Estate investor. Leslie's experience in the mortgage industry as well as expert knowledge in investment Real Estate, have shaped her to be the perfect addition to our team as our short sale processor. Leslie mitigates with lenders and coordinates everything needed to process short sales for us. In her spare time, Leslie enjoys time at home with her three cats and growing orchids in her greenhouse.
