Eric Dawkins Eric is a full time Realtor and Jacksonville Native, who loves working with first time buyers. Leah Creasman Since acquiring her license from the Florida Real Institute in 2002, Leah enjoyed success as a member of the #4 Team in Jacksonville, the Dana Hancock Team, closing $10M in properties in 2006. Leah received the designation of being in the top 1% in customer satisfaction and referrals. She enjoys building long standing relationships with all her clients.Leah is a native Atlantan having relocated to Jacksonville in 2001. She has been married for 34 years, has twin 21 year olds, and one adorable new grandbaby. In her early career, Leah enjoyed working in the real estate field as a real estate legal assistant to the President of the Orange County Bar Association as well as holding various administrative positions throughout the years.
