North Creek is located in the Oceanway area of the Northside, Jacksonville's "New Northside", directly across the streen from First Coast High School. The North Creek Jacksonville Florida community is also very convenient to the Jacksonville International Airport for easy travel, as well as close to Interstate 9A and I-95, for a quick drive to downtown Jacksonville or anywhere you want to be in Northeast Florida. Residents in the North Creek Community are also enjoying the new River City Shopping Mall, a new 1.2 Million square foot outdoor style shopping mall just a couple miles away. Residents in this area are enjoying "booming" growth and new schools popping up all over the place, and the area has quickly turned from the rural area it was less than 10 years ago.
