Murabella is a new community located in the booming World Golf Villagearea in Northern St. Johns County (St. Augustine) Florida near the intersection SR 16 and International Golf Pkwy. Some of the current infrastructure being built in World Golf Village include a 1.2 million SF outdoor high end shopping mall, a 6,000 seat arena, roller skating rink, movie theatre, two championship golf courses, the World Golf Hall Of Fame and more. The first retailer to announce a new store, CVS pharmacy, opened their new store in March of 2008. Flagler Hospital is also rumored to be building a 300+ bed hospital right next to the shops at Murabella as well. Murabella is just a short 15 minute drive to historic downtown St. Augustine FL, and a 30 minute commute to downtown Jacksonville FL.

Murabella was originally slated to have 740 homes, however an extra parcel of land containing approximately around 200 home sites has been just recently added to the development. The new addition is located just west of the Pacetti Rd. entrance to the community and is being built out by DR Horton with moderately priced homes starting in the Low $200's to the $300's. Construction of Murabella began in 2005, and the community welcomed its first residents in 2005 as well. Other builders inside Murabella include The Vintage Group, Cornerstone Homes, Standard Pacific and Woodside Homes. Lennar Homes also completed and sold out all of their homes in Murabella. The fact that there are five different home builders in Murabella is making for a community with a truly diverse range of homes, and it is certainly not your "cookie cutter" community.
