Also included within the Town Of Nocatee is 9,000 acres of preservation/conservation areas, and over 300 acres in parks. The first four communities in Nocatee Florida to open for home sales are Riverwood at Nocatee, Coastal Oaks At Nocatee, Willowcove at Nocatee, and Tidewater at Nocatee.
