Cypress Lakes is a golf course community located right along I-95 in Elkton, Florida off of CR207. Elkton is a new area developing just west of St. Augustine, Florida. The main builders in Cypress Lakes is KB homes with home prices starting in the upper $100's, as Well as Richmond American Homes, with homes starting in the low $200's. Perhaps the least expensive golf course community in Northeast Florida to live in, Cypress Lakes has no "CDD" fees like most of the communities in the area, saving residents thousands of dollars on their taxes each year! No other community in Northeast Florida offers homes that are actually on a golf course in the $200's!! Cypress Lakes Golf Club is a public course, and is also home to "Tee-It-Up", a childrens golf program helping underprivlaged chilren enjoy the sport of golf.
