Whisper Ridge is a community located a few miles from the World Golf Villiage area in St. Augustine Florida off of SR16 just west of I-95. Residents in Whisper Ridge enjoy a location less than one mile to the St. Augustine Outlet mall as well as the interstate. The community was built starting in 2004 by Richmond American Homes as well as Seda Homes, which both completed their portions of the community in 2006. The Preserve at Whisper Ridge, which features 100' wide lots, a true rarity in the area, is currently being built out by a local builder. Residents also enjoy very low association fees, and NO CDD fees, unlike many of the communities in World Golf Village. Resale homes are staring in the upper $100's, and new homes on the 100's lots in The Preserve start in the upper $100's.
