North Jacksonville Florida Condominiums
North Jacksonville in general is the fastest growning area within Duval County (Jacksonville). The majority of these communities are located in the "New Northside" area, which was very rurul up until the last decade, however this area of North Jacksonville is lacking condominiums. Directly North of downtown Jacksonville is historic Springfield. Once a vibrant area with turn of the century colonial mansions, many abandoned the area after our 1904 fire in the area and the area went downhill. Springlfield is currently going through a major revitalization and is quickly becoming one of the places to live in the area. There are not very many condominiums in the Springfield Area, however there are some duplexes and quadraplexes available in the area. The majority of our showesed condominium communities are located in and around downtown Jacksonville
